There are crooks everywhere. I never saw that 20/20 but i've seen some others that were just shocking. I guess it's true that we should only go with the best carpet care companies.
I have my carpets cleaned by a professional once a year, just to help maintain their quality. It's been really great, because my husband and I are renting our home right now, but we have young children that seem to have a lot of dirt on their shoes on a regular basis. I just feel better about renting the home, if I invest in a good carpets scrub once a year.
